"Worst insurance agent I have ever had and I have been with state farm for 45 years. Totally unresponsive. Typically nobody answers the phone and he does not return my calls and i have four vehicles and home insurance with state farm."

"John is absolutely stellar. Stranded on the side of busy 81 in a downpour rain storm, John dropped everything and got to me to change my tire before roadside assistance could even arrive. He didn’t think twice about lying down on the dirty ground and getting completely soaked so that he could get me to safety! He’s far beyond incredible service, he’s an incredible human! Thank you, John!"
